Lumen Muse Models (“we”, “the agency”) represents models from our Paris office. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you hold over it.
Data we collect
When you contact us, apply to be scouted, or subscribe to our newsletter, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, city, measurements, and anything you write in the message fields. Portfolio links you share are reviewed by our scouting team and nothing else.
How we use it
- Booking and casting enquiries — to respond and arrange work.
- Scouting applications — to assess suitability and reply within three weeks.
- Newsletter subscriptions — to send agency updates, editorial releases, and model news.
We never sell personal data. Application photographs are used only for assessment unless you sign with us and agree otherwise in writing.
Newsletters and consent
Our newsletter is sent only to addresses that explicitly subscribed. Every edition carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Unsuccessful scouting applications are deleted within twelve months unless you ask us to keep your file for a future season. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You hold the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. To exercise any of these rights, write to us via the contact page — we reply within one month.
Minors
Applicants under 16 must apply with a parent or legal guardian, who must be present at every meeting. We do not knowingly collect data from children without guardian consent.
