By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms concern the website only — modelling contracts are agreed separately in writing.

What this site is for

This site presents the Lumen Muse Models roster, publishes agency news, and receives booking enquiries, scouting applications, and newsletter subscriptions. Submitting a form creates no representation agreement; representation begins only with a signed contract.

Photographs and content

All photographs, covers, names, and copy on this site belong to the agency, the models, or the credited photographers and titles. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing images for commercial use — including comp cards, mood boards for paid work, or press — requires written permission via the contact page.

Enquiries and applications

Booking enquiries must describe real productions with honest dates and usage.
Scouting applications must be your own, be truthful about age and measurements, and include only photographs you have the right to share.
Applicants under 16 must apply with a parent or legal guardian.

The agency charges no fee at any stage of application, scouting, or signing. Anyone asking for money in our name is not acting for us — please report it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse this site: no scraping of model data at scale, no automated form submission, no attempt to disrupt the service, and no unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content in form fields.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep portfolios, measurements, and availability accurate, but confirmations are valid only in writing from our bookers. To the extent the law permits, we exclude liability for reliance on website content without written confirmation.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms belong on the contact page.
